i7 mobos, future upgrade

I've been looking at i7 mobos as I'm planning to upgrade to one eventually, however being only 17 and have no job at the minute, cheap parts is a fairly high consideration. I'm mostly just wondering how well a cheap board such as this

will OC?

the p6t was the prime board for a while until other companies got their ducks in a line and put out high performance boards. that's a good one.
