Photoshop CS

I just put Photoshop CS on my computer, but for some reason it does not recognize my keyboard commands (ctrl+c, ctrl+v, etc.) any thoughts?

Also, anyone know where I can find some good tutorials on Maya?

None of the hot keys will function because you do not have a legitimate copy of Photoshop. This is only an issue with version 8.0 (CS).
