Waterblocks for GTX 285?

Hmnm, $300 you say? That may be a little high in my situation - I probably won't be overclocking much more than I am now... Maybe on my next build I'll go water cooling.

Hmmm I put together a loop but it's past the $300 mark lol.. you pretty set on cpu AND gpu?

cpu you could do for a lot closer to $200

Would I be able to easily expand that to a CPU + GPU in the future? One of the reasons I'm getting it (mainly) is because my GPU runs so freaking hot

Yep, I started with cpu only and now im running cpu + gpu + mosfet + 2 rads

mosfets for my mobo, also called the voltage reulators. the things around the cpu socket with heatsinks on em.

2 rads = 2 radiators just abbreviated

If you're gonna be overclocking that proc and wc'ing the gpu, I'd strongly recommend going for 2 seperate loops. there's gonna be a lot of heat put out from both. You could do it, it just wouldn't give you the temps you might want.

Ahh, I see. That's some extreme water coolin'

But, as of now, it's a tad bit out of my price range. I'll look back into water cooling early next year when I have some extra moolah

2 loops isn't worth it... if he were running 2 285's, oc'd cpu, and wanted to watercool his chipset and maybe mosfets, then yeah two loops would be a good idea.

But for his proc and a 285, a single loop with a 360 rad will do just fine
