Building a New Gaming PC, RAM more slower or Less faster?

Hey this i what i have got so far feel free to recomend anything.

Intel Core i7 950 Nehalem CPU $684.00

The other RAM option is GEIL 4GB KIT EVO ONE C9 2133Mhz 2 lots to make 8 gbs for 378 4 GB less.
 
Well, buy the i7 920 and overclock it to the same clock speed of i7 950, simply to do. Regarding the GPU buy the HD590, it will kick the GTX295 ***, or if you can buy the HD5870 and save some money and buy a second one later one.
 
Well get the 17 920 instead.

You could save some cash on the mb by just getting the Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD5 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards Not sure how the availability is where you live.

6gb of ram will be plenty unless you run multiple VM's on your machine. Plus it will OC better.

You do need your ram in sets of 3 to take advantage of triple channel. So either get 3 x 2gb or 6 x 2gb.

What are you overclocking plans as dr3 2000 might be right for you.

See if you can get your hands on this ssd:

I would be cautious of buying a gtx295 with the 300's so close.

What are your plans for a heatsink? Especially if you are planning on overclocking.

I am not looking to do any over clocking. I am in AUS and want to buy parts from local shop. The one which has the slow RAM build it for free, so i can buy cheap RAM with it and upgrade for to faster stuff if its worth it. Will this extra speed on the RAM be better than more RAM? Thanks i will stick with the 1600Mhz RAM cheers. You have been great help. I also check Toms hard ware and looked that faster RAM does not help much.
