Looking for a mid-level video card to buy along with Win7

I am looking to replace my EVGA 8600GT when I purchase Windows 7.

I do play games, but I'm really only looking for a mid-level video card.

I play stuff like Left 4 Dead 2, GRID, Race On, and CoD:MW2.

I want to be able to play these games on medium-high.

I'm also looking for a card that will support DX11 when it's out, so something from the GTX300 series or the new Radeon 5000 series.

The 58xx are extremely hard to get right now due to low yields at the foundry and are much more expensive.
