OCZ vs Corsair

I'm in doubt deciding between these two models for my new built:

1st: OCZ 6GB Kit (3X2GB) 1600MHZ CL 7-7-7-24 REAPER OCZ3RPR1600LV6GK
2nd: Corsair 6GB Kit (3x2GB) 1600Mhz CL 7-7-7-20 TR3X6G1600C7

The OCZ is cheaper, but in one PC store they told me that the OCZ company is on edge of bankruptcy, so not to deal with it (anyone heard something about it???)

So anyway, what would u recommend???

Well, since they have the same timers and frequency I would buy the cheapest one.

I could find no news to support OCZ going out of busness. In fact they have new products ready or ready to launch

Yeah I seriously doubt OCZ is almost bankrupt.

Corsair is just way overpriced, my vote goes to OCZ.

I would purchase on who has the better customer service and or longer warranty.

Since most products especially RAM have virtually no differences.. (As in the differences cannot be noticed by most).

Thats pretty much what i was thinking. Just wanted to make sure about the OCZ
