Swapped LCDs on my Dell E1505. Now it's DIM. ???

The LCD on my Dell Inspiron E1505 got broken and it needed replaced.

I replaced it, but now the display is dim.

It originally was a LTN154X3-L09. I unknowingly (until after I installed) found out I replaced it with a LTN154X3-L01.

What is the difference ??

Can I change the Inverter to match the L09 to bring back the brightness ???

sounds like the inverter board on the new LCD or perhaps the backlights
inverters are easy to swap out but the backlight can get kinda tricky
answer to your question if you can just change out the old inverter most likely
if the connectors match but careful inverters are high voltage

That's what I'm thinking as well.

The replacement did not come with an Inverter so I ordered on On-Line. Still waiting for it to get here.
