Hard Disks question

I have bought a new PC desktop and I included one more HD. I didnt do it myself so I send it to the place I bought it from.
Anyway, the thing is that I cant see my new disk on My Computer. I checked the device manager and there I can find it. It seems that the new disk is not assigned a name (E, is not formated or partitioned etc. I tried to follow a process there (i cant really remember what was exactly) but at the end i got an error message saying "Disk not initialized".

Anyone have an idea about it?

Yeah that means it is not formatted. In device manager you should see a link thing to go to disk management, format the disk from there and it will show in "My Computer".
