Internal wifi card??

My friend is building a computer and I am helping him with parts since he knows nothing about hardware. He doesn't want his desktop to have to use Ethernet to get on the Internet. I told him about pci wifi cards but he has OCD and doesn't want that antenna sticking out lol. He wanted me to look for a pci wifi card that has an internal antenna. I couldn't find one. Do they even make internal wifi adaptors??

None that I can think of. Just get a USB one, easier to install anyways and they'll get a better signal since the receiver can be placed on the wall, desk, etc.
