Gateway Mt3422 Wont Boot

Hello,
I have a gateway mt3422 that wont boot. I have checked ram and reseated processor. I get no sounds besides the computer trying to read the cd twice along with the cd light blinking twice. I have tried the holding the power button switch with no batt or power. Please advise.

Sounds like it's properly broken. Is it still under warranty?

PS if it is still under warranty you probably shouldn't have opened it...

No it is not under warranty. The funny this is that when i had it apart i switched out the wlan card with one from another laptop. It powered on and booted. I put it all back together and it had the same problem. Strange. So i figure it is prob the MB.
