Looking to upgrade my MOBO. I've found one that I think'll suit my needs/budget, but I just want to get some confirmation on compatibility before i go buying it.

Yeah, it's an eMachine, say what you want it's a pretty decent PC. the board I'm looking at is ECS GF8200A Motherboard - v1.0, NVIDIA GeForce 8200, Socket AM2+, Audio, Video, HDMI, PCI Express 2.0, USB 2.0, eSATA, RAID at TigerDirect.com. I'm aware they're not the same form factor, but I've got half a dozen cases i'm not using, so I'm not worried about that. Am I missing something, or should I be good? I'm also open to suggestions if anyone has somehting else in mind, but I'd like to say in the <$100 range, preferably closer to $50.
