Would a DDR2 Memory Work In A DDR3 Mother board?

simple answer : no

somewhat longer but still simple: Even though it is the same pin size it won't work. There are a few motherboard however that advertise that they have slots for both. BUT these boards aren't very good or up to the speed of other regular boards.
