same, i would get an athlon fx cpu and a new board, Amd has a little bit different instruction set which makes it better at gaming. The rest of the system looks good to me, just dont know what your budget is

I will agree with everything said above. I would not buy the Mad Dog DVD RW. the Pioneer 108A (read best in class) 16X+R, 16X-R, 4X DL (those are great specs) can be had from www.newegg.com for $80.

I would wait for the K8T890 PRO.

The K8T890 PRO will feature DualGFX Express. DualGFX Express is the technology used to communicate with a dual PCI-E configuration (know an SLI). This feature will be supported with both ATi and nVidia based cards.

The VT8237 and VT8291 (South Bridge) will be combined with the K8T890 series.

I don't see a graphics card listed. Your best bet would be to go with an NVIDIA 6800GT. Its the best value for the money when going for a high end card.

oh ya....that was just the stuff i am gonna be buying online.the 6800gt gfx card i can get at my work(bestbuy) for 300$. but ya i think i am gonna stick with what i was gonna originally get which was the 3500+ and get the windows 64bit upgrade.
