I have red lines coming from the top right corner of my screen. They only come down about an inch. could it have been from closing the cover to hard? or is it a hardware issue? any help is appreciated thanks.

- When do the red lines appear - do they always appear, or only at certain times?
- Do the red lines appear in safe mode?
- If possible, could you post a picture of the red lines?
