I am trying to determine what upgrade would be the best bang for my buck. I built my gaming pc about 4 years ago. I am looking to upgrade my CPU, GPU, and Ram. I am just not sure what would be best to upgrade first.

Current Specs:
AMD 3800+ (I think its 2.4 GHz dual core)
EVGA 7900GT (256 mb)
OCZ 2GB (4 X 512)
MSI K9N Neo-F AM2 NVIDIA nForce 550 MCP ATX AMD Motherboard

Desired Upgrades:
EVGA 896-P3-1255-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16
Newegg.com - EVGA 896-P3-1255-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

AMD Phenom II X4 940 Deneb 3.0GHz 4 x 512KB, AM2+ 125W Quad-Core Black Edition
Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 940 Deneb 3.0GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ 125W Quad-Core Black Edition Processor - Processors - Desktops

OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Newegg.com - OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2P8004GK - Desktop Memory

I am basically building this PC to play the up coming starcraft II, and Diablo III.

I'd upgrade the graphics first. That way you'll have the most expensive out of the way, and you'll have the cheaper bottleneck to upgrade next, so less time to save money.
