hey im building a computer for the first time, i only have 1 real question, I know that sli will not work on a AMD chipset but will i still have problems using a single gpu card on one? im thinking about using a phenom x4 965 and a amd 770 motherboard (which seems to be the best bang for your buck with 1 gpu) but according to most benchmarks ive seen nvidia usually kicks ati's ***, would i likely run into problems not using a ati card on that motherboard and what kind of problems are we talking about?

that sounds good it's just that ive read some threads about people having driver issues and such, anyone else use amd and nvidia video card with no issues?

Don't see any problems. My sister is running AMD Rig with nVidia GPU for a few years now.

There's really no problem except for the lack of option to go dual video cards later on, and that's really not an issue.

ok thanks for your help guys, also i wanted to make sure, i wont be able to run dual gpu nvidia cards can u such as 295?
