get these combos which have the same cpu, mobo, case, and ram youve got listed. theyll save you a little more money.

Crap they just ran out of 5770s. Those things are movin like hot cakes. Actually I was thinkin about going with an i5 instead and using the extra dough to get a 5850.

Edit: Turns out that just my brand was out of stock. Would you guys go for a Powercolor or XFX 5770?

or you could take the i5 build, and just stick a 5850 in there like you had mentioned that you might want.

All bought at my local MicroCenter. Price matching is definitely your friend.

Unfortunately, I got a bad PSU. I booted up just fine the first time but failed on every subsequent try. A paper clip test confirmed that it was the PSU. Looks like it's back to Microcenter for me.
