Yup, it's definitely a better $ deal - but: the company (I think) is in Hong Kong & they ship from Richmond BC, Canada (an outer suburb of wonderful Vancouver) so, even with expedited shipping, it's a week before I will have the drive.
If anyone else reads CPU magazine, then they caught the article about SSD's and TRIM about a month ago. I would definitely wait a little longer (seeing as you said its not urgent) and let TRIM become smoothed out, in the long run your money will be better spent in a longer lasting drive. TRIM saves SSD's from essentially burning out because of stagnant data, holding out for a more solid revision of a TRIM enabled SSD is a good idea.
