Cpu is awesome, and comes with stock fan, which i may upgrade
Mobo - MicroATX kinda turns me off, but i plan on upgrading to another mobo in the near future to sli my cards, since this mobo only has 1 slot for a pciexpress 2.0 card. The ram is good i think becuase its OCZ platinum ram 2x2046 PC3 1066 DDr ram. The PSU is sick for a budget rig like this, its an Ultrade 750 PSU. The psu and case and eventually id like to upgrade when newer games come out I plan on throwing in a 8800gt i have now, any thoughts? Is it worth $499?

I wouldn't get that. It's cheap because most of the parts are really low end.

I agree with Nubbleet, the Power Supply is a prime example. Ultra's are probably the worst units made.
