I have a new Dell XPS 730X (BIOS 1.0.5) and once in a while when I power the CPU up it will start up, power down, start up, power down, then start up (all on its own) and (usually) come all the way up. Does the BIOS log anything so I might determine what is happening? This doesn't happen every time - I'd say maybe once every eight power-ons. I contacted Dell support and the only thing they did was have me release the "flea" power. This didn't help. My BIOS settings are all the factory defaults - the only thing I've changed is added the power-on password. Any ideas?
