go here and run a scan. The file listed is for auto update. You may wanna try and disable auto update for windows. Only downside is you may have to do it yourself. Anyhow, just disable auto updater for windows. If that doesn't do it goto the above sight.

a few places to look. first right click my computer, properties, and look and see if you have an autoupdate tab... if you do, disable it/turn it off. Then goto start/programs/admin/services and look for automatic updates. right click, properties and then set the startup type to manual.
