So this is not my built computer, this is my familys dell that they had from awhile back. It has like 60gb HD, 560ram, and yea its pretty bad. So recently my sister has been getting this BSoD and didnt tell me and now it happens everytime she logs on. The only recent change in software or hardware is we downloaded Audio Surf for Steam. I didnt really look it completely yet but i am wondering where to start?

You can check Start > Run > c:\windows\Minidump
For any recent Minidumps to zip up and "Attach" (using the "Manage Attachments" button, located at the bottom of the New Reply window)
