$1,500 Gaming Computer Help

I got 1,500 to spend need everything!!!. Want 1TB of storage. Intel i7 quad core or something equal with it. Planning for dual monitor 23" screens or something like it. Want strong enough video/graphics card to not have to worry about turning the settings down More info as i figure it out myself.

well by everything, do you mean the tower, monitor(s), OS, keyboard, mouse...etc.?
