ECS G41T-M V2.0 No Screen

Hi,
I have ECS G41T-M V2.0 MotherBoard & I am trying to boot it but still get no screen
I installed :
CPU : LGA 3000 / 2m / 800Mhz (Pentium 4)
RAM : 2 GB DDR2 / 800Mhz
& a tested P.S.
I got no screen , The ram works on Asrcok G31 , so the CPU .
I changed the M.B. >> no Screen
The two M.B. did the same :
The CPU is heating up , No heat on any other chip
No beep , even if the ram is removed ,
clearing the bios did nothing ,

this is a cheap M.B. I hate it But It must work ,

Edit : the motherboard is new & I'm not sure that these specs work on it ! - also I tried 3 G41 M.B.s till now !
