CPU Cooler Needed £50-60

Well, the title says it all

I need a new CPU Cooler, and have about £50-60 to spend. I am currently using an OCZ Vendetta, which suits my purposes, but my sister's E5300 runs really loud (and she wants a relatively quiet pc), and so Ive decided that I'd be better off getting a new fan for myself and giving the Vendetta to her.

I have looked at 2 in particular -

Corsair Hydro H50
Coolermaster V8

I considered the corsair mainly because my PSU is not brilliant with respect to cable length so my insides are horrifcly cluttered up. The Vendetta has done a solid job thus far, but I'd like something with a bit more grunt, so I can overclock my Q9450 (I now have a Foxconn Blackops Mobo and so I now also have the capability to overclock significantly.)

Which one is better? are there any alternatives in that price range that will be reasonably quiet / ridiculously powerful?

You have a nice budget for a heatsink, so I would suggest:

Prolimatech Megahalems Performance CPU Cooler (Socket 775/1366) [] Cooling

with:

Noiseblocker BlackSilent Fan XL2 - 120mm [] Cooling 120mm+ Fans

One fan or two? And would it be rather quiet? cos thats sortof a clincher for me

I've read about those fans and from what I heard, they're really quiet for their speed.

If you want to get two, then I would suggest getting the lower speed model of that fan I linked:
Noiseblocker BlackSilent Fan XL1 - 120mm [] Cooling 120mm+ Fans

Great thing is that the Megahalems works great with low speed fans.
