Laptop keeps booting to Start up repair mode

Trying to fix a friends laptop.
tried booting in normal or safe mode and it keeps going to repair mode and the repair keeps failing.
says it has like 11 errors....any ideas?

Possible hardware failure, might want to check on the HD and ram for good measure. If the hardware pass, then you might want to run avira rescue disc or scan the HD externally for any infections.

If all else fails, probably recommend a data backup. Some suggestions to start off with.

not hardware, test passed;.
cant use avira since i cant even log onto windows.
found out it has somethig to do with this
