board is good. Get 6gb of ram.
GPU is the best single card option at the moment. the 300's should be out in a month or two if you are not going to buy right now.

SSD drives are fast and great. You could save some cash by not getting one at the moment. If you have the cash then go for it.

could not find your psu on the list but a 650 to 750 will be fine 850 if you plan on sli/xfire at a later point in time. Look at the corsairs or pc power and cooling.

check out ibuypower.com if you have not already.
Your list was a bit hard to read. We really do not need to know if you got the exclusive t-shirt or not. :) Just the main components work fine.

Any reason why you do not want to save the money by building yourself?

Yes if you have the money a 80gb ssd would be nice for os and programs.

I would not spend money on the 295 right now until the new 300's come out and we see their performance.
It is a great card but who knows with the new cards. If I had to buy now I would get a ATI 5870 or get something like a gtx260 or 4870 and wait for the 300 to be released.

No reason to spend a ton of money on a dx10 card with the dx11 just coming out.

Well if you plan on getting a next gen card in a few month then no.

If not get the 5870 or 2 of them or gtx295.

Where are you purchasing from? Some suggestions for you:

CyberPower or iBuyPower are probably the cheapest options
Falcon-NW (while a major rip off if you know what you are doing with hardware) is the most expensive but probably the highest quality you will find in build, overclock, customer service, warranty, etc.

Also I suggest you look around your area. Where I am from, there are businesses that let you pick the parts, then they teach you how to build it in person. If you could find something like that, that would be the best for your future gaming needs. :)
