This is the 6th build thread you've made in a month. Is there a reason your budget and ideas keep changing so quickly?

To answer your question, no, it's not good. The Q8200 isn't something I would waste money on. Though at the same time, DDR3 is almost a waste on AMD, since it only supports dual channel. Prices are going down, though.

So since your budget seems to keep changing with every thread you create, what's your budget this time?

Like Hikari said, Q8200 isn't that good. I would go with an AMD quad like Phil suggested, socket 775 is dead. Also like Hikari said, DDR3 is a waste with AMD, go with DDR2 and a different mobo.
