Hardware Problem

So my brother was on my computer and it shut off on him one day, when you turn the computer on everything seems to be working fine video card , fans , hd's all work , but im getting no display on my screen ( not even bios ) ive reseatted everything in the computer and ive replaced the mobo , cpu and video card , and im getting the same exact senario with other parts... any ideas?? thanks guys

Do you have another monitor that you can try available to you ?

Have you reset the CMOS?
