I have an Asus M3A76-CM. It has a 760G chipset, and 710 southbridge. However, CPU-Z detects that I have a 780G chipset, and 700 southbridge, as does every other hardware detection software. Any ideas why?
Could it have been mislabeled or do these things read like hard disk space, you know, like a gig is really 1024 MB even though it's generally considered to be only 1000?
