and for the graphic card the 285 will be as good or should I spend a bit more and get a 295

Well the 295 is a dual GPU card, while the 285 is single. As for the performance difference, its probably negligible for gaming. You would notice a difference in benching for sure, but the 285 is very powerful.

How soon are you ordering as well? ATI's 5000 series cards are due out in two or so weeks, which are Dx11 and there should be something similar to the 285's price.

well im not in a hurry its mostly the specials on some of my parts that will expire so i shouldnt go with the 295?

Have you guys ever checked the benchmarks on the internet ? p.s i am the guy who made his computer on ncix

260SLI beats 280 or 285 by far in gaming

Check thoses pages, you will see that 260SLI beats the 280-285 of about 20-30 fps on each games for less ..

SLI = twice the cards = twice the power consumption = twice the heat

I would prefer a single card solution due to these factors, myself.

Have you checked the the benchmark i sent.. ? SLI 285 is almost the same on benchmark that the SLI 260.. except if he goes with a 295 i think it's does not worth the money
