acer aspire 4630z keyboard problem

hi, i bought an acer aspire 4730z four months ago. i downgraded vista with winXP and its been great until recently. i'm having problem with its keyboard specifically the 4th and 5th line from the top. whenever i press “s” for example, it displays “sx”, “d” becomes “dc” and so on. when i press “a” it also engages caps lock. when i press “vol+” the empowering technology button also goes on. when i press "." it displays ".€" everything is working fine except for the keyboard. can you please help me on whats going on? i know that it still under warranty but i don't have time to have it repaired coz i have deadlines to beat and i really need my laptop. the service center told me that it will take 1 month the most for rma. i'm currently using a usb keyboard.
