Need some advice with updating the microcode cpu for hp d530.

I need some pointers on how to install the microcode processor update without the need of a floppy drive which I currently don't have.
All I have at the moment is a 2gb kingston flash drive and a DVD-RW +- drive.
When I got this pc from a ebay.com a couple months ago, the seller said he installed a celeron d 336 in it and he coudn't figure out how to make the bios accept it, I know how but don't know the right way to install by dos without the need of a floppy drive.
