Will this memory work on this motherboard

I have decided to get a new motherboard and I have this memory: Newegg.com - CORSAIR 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) Desktop Memory Model VS1GB533D2 - Desktop Memory

And this is the motherboard that i want to get: Newegg.com - JetWay JHA06-GT-LF AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

Is the memory compatible?

Yep, they're both compatible with each other. But may I suggest one better:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model F2-6400PHU1-1GBNR - Desktop Memory
Cheaper, a little faster, and an equally, if not, better brand.

Thanks, This is the VERY last question. Im also using the same harddrive from another computer and i was wondering how do i delete the old motherboard drive so i could install the new ones? I might be wrong but all the motherboards i look at have a CD.

The CD contains all the motherboard drivers.

If you want to install a new motherboard you have to format the whole hard drive and reinstall the OS. Then after installing the OS, you install the motherboard drivers on the CD that it came with.
