Need some decision help

Hey guys,
You may have remembered my recent thread here http://www.techist.com/forums/f76/need-some-decision-help-212026/#post1685185 but I didn't know i didn't have ddr2 memory.
I've had my current computer for about 3 years now, but I recently upgraded my video card about 8 months ago.

Current specs:
AMD Athlon 64 +3800 X2 Socket 939
DFI LanParty NF4 Ultra-D
2GB Corsair XMS DDR400
eVGA nVidia GeForce 9800GTX
Antec TruePower II 550w Powersupply

Right now my CPU is bottlenecking my video card.
I haven't looked at computer parts and am not familiar with the differences in amd vs intel, and how they are doing with their cpus and i don't feel like researching it.
I need some links from NewEgg to replace my CPU, motherboard, and ram for under $300.

These parts are $311 and give you a missive improvement over your current cpu. I realize they are slightly over budget however to get under $300 you would have to get a much slower cpu or inferior ram.

Well I probably will only buy 2gb of ram, and i can upgrade later to 4gb if i want. thanks!
