Are you going to be heavily OCing? If not, go with the regular EVGA X58 3X SLI Mobo. And maybe wait a month or two and get one of the newer series video cards when they come out. And no need for an ethernet card, use the one on the motherboard. And if you're using a single video card, just go with the TX750 PSU. You could save some money and get an SSD.
