Been a tech professionally for 10+ years, last 3 providing support remotely using Go To Assist or Bomgar and supervising a team of remote techs.

I'm currently running my own business providing remote support.

I also consider myself to be a moderate gamer and play on the wii, 360, and of course, PC

A+, Network+, and Security+ certified
