Buying parts from Amazon

Has anyone has bought computer parts off amazon, I'm wondering if you had a problem with shipping/customer support/something else. I was going to buy this RAM off newegg, but it's $30 cheaper on Amazon.

Just placed the order. DDR3's been rising lately that RAM went from like $100-$145 on newegg .
