1st time building a computer

I'm planning on building a computer for the first time, I have some questions, naturally

I''m planning on using this computer for gaming.

Two questions:
Am I missing anything?
Any overall suggestions?

I'm trying to keep it under $750 (excluding monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc)

Haven't heard of that Gskill Ram before, also doesn't have any reviews. I'd maybe go with this kit Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL8D-4GBHK - Desktop Memory better timings I believe and same speed.

Unless I'm blind or overly tired(wouldn't be the first time) I can't find how many rpms that HDD spins at. I'd recommend this one Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives I've got it, fast, quiet, cool, works great.

I would go with this power supply instead. It has a little more headroom, 550 watts and after the rebate it's $20 cheaper.
