when i run my ram at 400mhz, my comp locks up and sometimes wont load window entirely; however, when the ram is running at 333, everything is fine. i have the system below. this crap just started happening, never had a problem with it before. i have my mobo's latest bios too.

There in itself might be your problem. How new is the BIOS? Has it been tested yet? I have come across this a few times. Everyone is so antsy to have the latest and newest stuff that they dont think that it might not be right for them. If you have update your BIOS and the system was running before you update then you have your problem. If it is the BIOS that came with the system try to upgrade it to the newest version. If it is the latest version send an emial to the mobo maker telling them of the problem. Either that or the Kingston RAM is having compatibality issues with some of your other hardware.
