So I just unpacked all my stuff from my recent move and I hooked up the DVI Cable to the video card and the monitor says in the left corner "Digital" then goes back to sleep... my monitor is the Samsung Syncmaster T240... So I connect the HDMI adapter for my GTX 285 and plug that into the monitor and it works... I have no idea what is wrong... when the DVI cable is hooked up I hit a button on the monitor and it says "test good" but then goes back to sleep... Is there anything wrong if I use the HDMI adapter for my GTX 285 and just go with that...
I packed the T240 in original packing material and had it boxed up real well... everything else works... Any help would be greatly appreciated! I took out the video card and put it back in, checked all the cables etc....
