Thanks for the responses so far. If I wanted to OC my 920 to act like a 940 or 950, what sorta heatsink am I lookin at?

The Thermalright Ultra Xtreme-120 is the best, in my opinion, but it requires a little extra work. Here's a video on Lapping one for maximun performance.

Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme-1366 RT Rev. B CPU Heatsink (Socket LGA 1366) - FrozenCPU.com

This would be my next choice, it doesn't come with a fan thou.
Prolimatech Megahalems Intel CPU Heatsink (LGA 775 / 1366) (AM2** / AM2+** / AM3**) - FrozenCPU.com

SilverStone FM123 120x120x25mm w/ Fan Controller - (FN123) - FrozenCPU.com

Or this one which is available at NewEgg.

Newegg.com - Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 120mm SSO CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

Soundcard, should I want one?

The Motherboard has on-board HD Audio which is pretty good. Most people skip a sound card and you can always buy one later if your not satisfied with the HD Audio :D

On the SSD note, I got 2 120Gb OCZ Summit drives and I gotta say I'm extremely happy with them. Data transfer between them is like nothing you'd believe. And with a budget of 3000 you can def afford them.
