I would go with the sunbeam core contact over the Zahlman. While the integrated fan is nice if it fails...
Newegg.com - Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120 mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler W/TX-2 - CPU Fans & Heatsinks
Newegg.com - Sunbeam CR-LGA1366 LGA 1366 Core I7 Socket Retention Bracket Set - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

Not to mention you would get better cooling with the sunbeam for a cheap price.

If you want really good then you hit up the True 120. At a premium of course.

thanks for the info :]

The Core Contact is great, got one on my phenom II 940, along with a ULTRA KAZE fan. Little loud with the fan even on lowest the fan controller goes but idle at 26-27c usually and ambient with it maxed :D

I'd suggest a 4890 over the 260 personally, for $10 more you get a good performance boost I think.
Newegg.com - XFX HD-489A-ZDFC Radeon HD 4890 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
Pluse the xfx comes with a double life time warranty so you're set for a good long time.

Tigerdirect has a great deal on MSI X58 Platinum SLI Barebone Kit - Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz, 6GB DDR3-1333 Patriot, 1TB Hitachi HDD, Full Tower ATX Case, 750 Watt PSU for just $799.99 or $779.99 if you pay with Paypal.
The kit includes:
* MSI X58 Platinum SLI Socket LGA1366 Motherboard
* Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz Retail Processor
* 6GB Patriot Viper DDR3-1333 Triple Channel Memory
* Hitachi 1TB SATA Internal Hard Drive
* Ultra M923 Full Tower ATX Case
* Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power Supply

It's a great deal!

I would avoid the Tigerdirect deal. The MSI mobo is inferior to the Asus, the DDR3-1333 is slower than the DDR3-1600, Western Digital is better than Hitachi and Ultra Power Supplies are crap. I'll never ever again buy an Ultra Power Supply. Never.
