What games can my computer handle?

This... Either card would play a lot, if not all, of the games out now. May not be able to play with all settings maxed out at any resolution, but I have my 9800GT playing Crysis on 1024×768, with "high" settings, and 2X AA, at 35FPS, and 25FPS with 4X AA. These cards are quite a bit better than my video card, and would outperform the 4670 I suggested, no questions asked.

You can play VALVes games for sure... they aren't GPU intensive so thats good for you

games like: Half-Life, CounterStrike, Team Fortress 2, L4D... and So on.

but definately get a dedicated GPU
