Having a problem finding a driver since I don't have a cd. And the driver I downloaded from the website does not work properly and I can't delete it from my computer.

What prevents you from uninstalling the new driver?

the driver you installed I guess it is stopping where it tells you to connect the printer !! ???
you connect it but it does not recoginize it !!?

if yes :
before installing the new driver :
connect the printe - enter the device manager - delete the printer from there - disconnect the printer - install the downloaded driver - connect the printer when the install asks for ..

What do you mean you cant find it on your computer? It isnt going to be listed in the Add/Remove Programs list if that is what your talking about. That is for programs not drivers. You will need to go to the Device Manager to remove drivers.

Start>Right click on My Computer>Manage>In left pane click Device Manager

Select your printer and double click on it. The click the Driver Tab and select Remove or Uninstall.
