the core contact freezer is a pretty good cooler.

^^ Definitely go with the Core Contact, I've got one with my 940 and even after a couple hours of prime 95 cpu temp was at 46. That's in a bad airflow case too, idle in the high 20s-low 30s depending on ambient. Great price too, nothing thats a deal breaker.
Although depending on you're mobo it might take *a lot* of force to put on, and it won't be too straight either. Easy solve though, just take a pair of needle nose pliers, slide them over the bracket arms, and squeeze em together. Just to flatten out the bend a bit and make it sit better. Dropped my temps by another couple degrees after I did. Friend didn't have to, but he had a different mobo so it all depends.
