The Noctua NF-S12's come in about the same as the fans you picked. ~48CFM @ 17dBA slightly lower voltages (4-13) and a 150,000 hour bearing life, just in case you needed those extra 10,000 hours lol

Out of interest, how much did the Noise Blockers cost you? (I'm too lazy to browse frozencpu)
