12V rails

What should my +12V be reading? Bios says it's at 11.9v. Does that mean I'm straining my power supply?

That seems fine.. all I think is supposed to happen is that you get a reading close to the voltage of that rail

So 11.9v on a 12v Rail is fine. ( I think that's it because I remember an A+ Question was like, "The 5v Rail of a PSU is outputting 0.3v, what do you do?") The answer is replace the PSU btw.

If ever anyone is really concerned about the power supplies output of voltages they need to get themselves a Digital multi meter and physically test each rail during load and idle..

Atx standards require that each rail be within 5% +/- of itself.

I could do that, but I have a reputation of shockingly funny videos... Where would I test it, on the molex connectors?
