graphic card + mobo

i am in search of a new pc, with intel dg41rq + a graphic card,

can any one recommend me one (probably 9800gtx or gts250)

and wud my mobo support this card, its a pciex16 ,so wud there be any performance decrease???

Either card would work great in the motherboard. PCI-E x16 is backwards compatible with PCI-E x16 2.0.
