based on the vid looks like your GPU mignt be overheating and dying or you have a very bad virus.

I'm thinking the gpu may be shot, I suppose it could be a virus though. You might want to pop out the hard drive and hook it up to something else and have it scanned.

Might not be a bad idea to reset your BIOS to defaults or even flash it with the latest from Dell.
